ERRIN EVANS

Customer Success Engineer

Errin received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 from Louisiana Tech University and began her career as a Reliability Engineer with Dow Chemical in Louisiana. She continued in Maintenance, Reliability, and Mechanical Production, finding joy in leading cross-functional teams before adventuring to Austin in 2016.

Most recently, Errin spent 5 years in Asset Strategy Management with ARMS Reliability, a BakerHughes company, partnering with clients across industries to develop optimal strategies for their equipment, evaluate capacity and uptime capabilities, and maximize their return on investment from bespoke software solutions.

Having recently earned a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin, Errin joins Specific Energy as a Customer Success Engineer, with a drive to increase contract value for our customers, improve customer experience, and help them be wildly successful with our solutions.

Outside of work, Errin enjoys singing, working with her hands, and adventuring with her husband and young daughter.
